The Role of the Board in the TMT Sector – Fidelio Seminar in partnership with FTI Consulting, 13th November 2012

Fidelio Partners and FTI Consulting hosted a panel discussion on the role of the board in the TMT sector. The panel comprised three experts to  discuss how corporate can build effective Boards. These were:

• Thomas Geitner, former Main Board Member Vodafone Plc and Non-Executive Director BBC Worldwide Limited, President at Bibliotheca RFID Library Systems, former Executive Director and President Henkel Adhesives at Henkel AG.

• Ross Graham, Non-Executive Director, Wolfson Microlectronics Plc, former Senior Independent Director, Psion Plc and former Corporate Development Director of Mysis Plc

• Ken Olisa, OBE, Chairman of Restoration Partners, Corporate Director of Thomson Reuters Corporation
