To this end Fidelio will host a Board Breakfast “Boards, Governance, Shareholders and Asset Management” on Thursday 19th September. To help us navigate this highly relevant challenge for public company Chairs and Directors, we will be joined by Edward Bonham Carter, Vice Chairman of Jupiter Fund Management Plc. In addition to an illustrious career in asset management, Edward has FTSE 100 Board experience including as Senior Independent Director of Land Securities Group plc and ITV plc.
