Fidelio Board Breakfast: “Board Evaluation – What Shareholders Want”, Tuesday 19 June 2018

Board Evaluation is now a standard feature of the Board calendar and Fidelio sees Chairmen putting the Evaluation to good use – probing questions, practical recommendations. But what of the shareholders? What value do they derive from Board Evaluations?

To answer this question Fidelio is delighted to hold a Board Breakfast entitled: “Board Evaluation and What Shareholders Want” which will take place on Tuesday 19th June 2018. Our key speaker will be Dr Hans-Christoph Hirt, Head of Hermes EOS, an active and vocal leader on governance issues globally including the critical role of Board Evaluation.

Our guests will include Chairmen and Senior Independent Directors, Company Secretaries and leading investors and we will cover three critical themes:

  • What is the purpose of Board Evaluation?
  • How much visibility should shareholders have / do shareholders need?
  • What are the benefits of an independent viewpoint?

In Fidelio’s work supporting Chairmen, we are pleased to conduct Evaluations for leading public companies, regulators and non-profits organisations. This Board Breakfast is by personal invitation only.
