Cass Business School Debate “The Importance of Human Capital Reporting versus Financial Reporting for Boards”, 28 January 2016

On 28^th January Gillian Karran-Cumberlege was pleased to join a panel of speakers on the topic “The Importance of Human Capital versus Financial Capital for Boards”. This was part of the Cass Business School series of debates entitled “Is Corporate Governance past its sell-by date?” The other panellists were:

• Matt Malone, who heads HSBC’s transformation governance programme.
• Peter Fleming, whose research focusses on the relationship of business and society with extensive analysis of the causes of organisational corruption.
