Association of Women Business Leaders: "Pledge for Parity" 8 March 2016

The FKA (Félag kvenna í atvinnulífinu) is a non-profit professional network for Icelandic business leaders. It was founded in April 1999 and its core was to support women to manage and grow their business.

In celebration of International Women’s Day, FKA held a conference of women from across the globe under their theme for 2016: “Pledge for Parity“.

Gillian Karran-Cumberlege, Co-Founder of Fidelio Partners, was delighted to speak at the event via videolink, talking of her experience and perspective on the issue of corporate diversity and gender inequality.
