London – 19 May 2015 – Fidelio Partners, the Board Development and Executive Search consultancy, today announces a significant addition to the senior team. Jon Durrant joins as Partner with responsibility for Executive Search and specifically to build on the current success and growth of Fidelio’s Communications Practice.
Jon’s 20 year career has been characterised by his passion for building businesses and advising clients through people development, organisational performance and business development.
Most recently he served as COO for two leading international strategic communications consultancies: MHP Communications (a division of Engine Group) and Capital MSL (now CNC and a division of Publicis). Here he had responsibility for talent development, performance improvement and international expansion – resulting in significant revenue and headcount growth.
Prior to this Jon was a successful manager with a leading global executive recruitment company, before founding an international brand marketing and distribution business focussing on European and Latin American markets.
