Fidelio Partners was pleased to host a Board Breakfast with Dame Alison Carnwath. We explored the role of the Chairman in promoting greater Board diversity and how that feeds through to enhanced Board effectiveness.

Dame Alison drew upon her own experience, including as Chairman of the Board of Land Securities Plc, and also looked at the challenges facing leading UK companies in building diverse and effective Boards.
